泽林ZERLEEN物料是一家经营瓷砖,岩板与石材的建材销售公司,也是一个有市场沉淀的建材服务商。知白设计四年前参与设计了他们的第一家展厅,品牌经过多年发展,由单一品牌向集合店形式拓展,销售场景也由商场展厅转为物料工作室的形式,此次再次和品牌合作,共同探索新的经营方式,适应当下的建材销售经营的场景。

ZERLEEN Materials is a building materials sales company dealing in ceramic tile, rock board and stone, and also a building materials service provider with market precipitation. Zhi Bai Design participated in the design of their first exhibition hall four years ago. After years of development, the brand has expanded from a single brand to a collection store form, and the sales scene has also changed from a shopping mall showroom to a material studio form. This time, we cooperate with the brand again to jointly explore new business methods and adapt to the current building materials sales and operation scene.

展厅位于古田1967创意园,面邻城市快速路高架,东西朝向,三面都是玻璃幕墙临街,是一个复合型的创意园区。泽林亦“择林”,与草木同栖,择自然而生,与中式园林理念不谋而合,整体空间呈现出一种有弹性的再编辑、可重构的空间结构,给与泽林更多变化的可能性。

The exhibition hall is located in Gutian 1967 Creative Park, facing the city Expressway elevated, east-west, three sides are glass curtain Wall Street, is a composite creative park. Zeilin also “chooses the forest”, living with the grass and trees, choosing nature, which coincides with the Chinese garden concept, and the overall space presents a flexible re-editing and reconfigurable spatial structure, giving Zeilin more possibilities of change.

古田1967是在原柴油机厂原址的基础上改造升级的商业场所,保有原始工业复古的气质,外墙为红砖与铝板构建而成。知白在泽林ZERLEEN的外立面处理上,在有限的预算内着力打造空间的品牌个性,在平衡与场地的和谐中,找到属于自己的品牌调性。选择以最简单的方式融入园区,我们从瓷砖与红砖的原材料陶土中提取出视觉导向主体色,将花砖元素放大,以窗花的形式出现在外立面玻璃上,阳光洒下,窗花的阴影与地面融合,这是属于光的艺术。
Gutian 1967 is a commercial place upgraded on the basis of the original site of the diesel engine factory, maintaining the original industrial retro temperament, the external wall is built of red brick and aluminum plate. In the facade treatment of ZERLEEN, Zhibai strives to create the brand personality of the space within a limited budget, and finds its own brand tone in the balance and harmony of the site. Choosing to integrate into the park in the simplest way, we extracted the visually oriented main color from the ceramic tile and red brick raw materials, enlarged the tile elements, and appeared on the glass of the exterior facade in the form of window cut. The shadow of the window cut merged with the ground under the sunlight. This is an art of light.

在室内空间中,整体保留了原始粗野的结构与质感,裸露的混凝土梁、粗糙的水泥肌理和挑高的空间,通用原生粗野的手法和材料来打造空间,叙述品牌对产品自然,质朴的品质追求。
In the interior space, the whole retains the original rough structure and texture, bare concrete beams, rough cement texture and high space. The original rough techniques and materials are used to create the space, narrating the brand’s pursuit of natural and simple quality of products.
空间调性的定位上也是以吸引年轻人消费目光,拉近产品与消费者的距离,与年轻人产生链接,同频于年轻领域的日常消费审美,利用空间的结构划分来引导消费者情绪节奏。桦木板与金属型材作为展示道具主要材料,桦木板带来的自然木质纹理,与金属型材自带的科技感,形成温润与冰冷的对比,让消费展示场景年轻化,精细的展示道具和粗野的空间相互碰撞,寓意粗糙原料到精细工业产品的制作流程。

空间的结构表达中,以传统文化中极具观赏性和体验的”游园“为出发点,将整理空间结构以空间景观化的结构来叙事,”园林“的中轴区域,”亭“的围合来对应围合的休闲洽谈区域,中轴对称的空间彰显园林布局的空间构成。将空间通过横轴与竖轴链接,在空间内搭建了一座小型”建筑“,划分出茶室和办公区域,灰空间”连廊“来作为吧台空间。空间赋予自由形式转换,打破传统展厅动线模式,去动线化设计赋予空间最大的自由度。
In the structural expression of the space, the starting point of the “garden” which is highly ornamental and experienced in traditional culture is to organize the spatial structure with the spatial landscape structure to narrate. The central axis area of the “garden” and the enclosure of the “pavilion” correspond to the enclosed leisure negotiation area, and the symmetrical space of the central axis reflects the spatial composition of the garden layout. The space is linked by horizontal axis and vertical axis, and a small “building” is built in the space, dividing the tea room and office area, and the gray space “corridor” is used as the bar space. The space is endowed with free form conversion, breaking the traditional exhibition hall moving line mode, and the demoving line design gives the space the maximum freedom.

洽谈区通过简单的矩形体块,强调结构感,以发光灯箱融入其中,打破大体块的沉闷,茶几以片与面的形式组合,增强洽谈区的层次,使得空间充满趣味性与艺术性。既保留了工业风的质朴,又通过线条的变化丰富了空间。门厅处的圆形框景,此时也成为了丰富空间层次的背景板。
The negotiation area emphasizes the sense of structure through the simple rectangular block, and integrates the luminous light box into it to break the boredom of the general block. The coffee table is combined in the form of pieces and surfaces to enhance the level of the negotiation area, making the space full of interest and artistry. Not only retains the simplicity of industrial wind, but also enriches the space through the change of lines. The circular frame of the foyer at this time also becomes the background plate of rich spatial levels.

展厅的吧台区域,作为”建筑“半开放空间,不锈钢包柱,给这个建筑带来些现代感,石材切割的长条方砖给这个空间带来不一样的秩序感与自然石材的光泽感,黑色吧台与桦木板背景产生强烈冲击,顶部柔和的光线通过几何结构灯箱过滤,打破现有的秩序感。
The bar area of the exhibition hall, as a semi-open space of the “building”, is covered with stainless steel columns, bringing some modern sense to the building. The long square bricks cut by stone bring a different sense of order and the gloss of natural stone to the space. The black bar and birch wood background have a strong impact, and the soft light at the top is filtered through the geometric structure light box, breaking the existing sense of order.

产品展示区采用开放式布局,展厅的核心展示区域使用了大量几何形态的展示架和展台。为了满足手工砖产品的多样化展示需求,我们设计了灵活的模块化展示系统,展台采用了三角形、矩形等几何形态,与展品的排列相呼应。这些几何形态通过金属型材框架的支撑,加入阳光板,与桦木板和石材、手工砖形成对比,增加呼吸感。每一块展示区域都可以根据不同系列的产品轻松调整或更换,便于设计师和客户根据需求重新组合和调整展览效果。
The product display area adopts an open layout, and a large number of geometric display racks and booths are used in the core display area of the exhibition hall. In order to meet the diverse display needs of handmade brick products, we designed a flexible modular display system. The booth adopts geometric shapes such as triangles and rectangles, echoing the arrangement of the exhibits. These geometric shapes are supported by metal profile frames and added with sunlight panels to contrast with birch boards, stone and handmade bricks, adding a sense of breathing. Each display area can be easily adjusted or replaced according to different series of products, allowing designers and customers to recombine and adjust the exhibition effect according to their needs.

 

三角形的展示道具来寓意园林中的”山“,构建了一个大体量的、形似山丘的地貌形态结构,也是代表了一种稳定坚韧的状态。

茶室和办公室作为封闭空间,置于建筑之内,阳光板的透明与半透明特性为此带来了自然采光的优势。厂房本身空间较为宽敞高挑,阳光板巧妙地作为隔断使用,既保留了厂房的工业特征,又通过自然光的引入,营造出一种轻盈感。阳光板的质地与桦木板形成鲜明对比,光与木的结合使整个办公空间既现代又不失自然氛围。家具采用了简约的黑色体块设计,通过线形金属型材架构,在块的基础上加入圆的元素,打破沉闷,这些点缀不仅增强了空间的层次感,还强化了空间的工业风格,使设计更具现代性和视觉冲击力。
The tea room and office are closed spaces placed within the building, and the transparent and translucent features of the solar panels bring the advantage of natural lighting. The factory itself is relatively spacious and tall, and the solar panels are cleverly used as partitions, which not only retains the industrial characteristics of the factory, but also creates a sense of lightness through the introduction of natural light. The texture of the sun board is in sharp contrast with the birch board. The combination of light and wood makes the entire office space modern yet still has a natural atmosphere. The furniture adopts a simple black block design. Through the linear metal profile structure, round elements are added to the blocks to break the dullness. These embellishments not only enhance the layering of the space, but also strengthen the industrial style of the space, making the design more Modern and visually impactful.

In order to further enhance the spatial experience and functionality of the exhibition hall, we introduced geometric structures in the lighting design, the main guide color extracted from clay, and combined with the guide light box system, gave the entire exhibition hall stronger visual guidance and Sense of interaction.
