DENZA is a luxury new energy vehicle brand under the BYD Group. Established in 2010, it was jointly invested by BYD and Mercedes-Benz. DENZA has been actively progressing, and committed to bringing a new luxury travel experience to high-end family consumers worldwide.

The DENZA flagship store with an area of over 15,000 square feet was grandly opened in Hong Kong, it is also the right-hand drive D9’s first show, attracting much attention. Hong Kong as one of the world’s major financial centers and trend indicator of Asia-Pacific market, landing HK market is an important step for DENZA for further expanding international market.
Cityinno意创凭借与⽐亚迪集团的良好合作基础及近年的国际化项⽬经验,协同DENZA⾹港总代理及腾势品牌团队成功打造腾势汽⻋⾹港九⻰旗舰店。为了通过空间载体更好地传递腾势汽⻋的产品理念以及适应当地市场,我们以腾势品牌标准为基础,巧⽤1+4 Smart Combo的逻辑,根据⾹港市场的⽤户画像和消费习惯打磨出全新的在地化落地⽅案。
Cityinno successfully created DENZA flagship store in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong, basing on our cooperation foundation with BYD Group and international project experience In order to convey the product concept and adapt to the local market we applied the 1+4 Smart Combo logic, refining a brand-new localized solution which was fully customized based on the user profile and consumption habits of Hong Kong market.
⾹港是⼀个具有极强在地⽂化⽓息的国际化都市,⽆论是城市景观还是⼈⽂⻛光都拥有很⾼的辨析度,拥有成熟的商业环境,消费者对于汽⻋类⼤宗消费品有这明确的习惯。为此我们在空间体验上进⾏了功能精简,更侧重专业化的服务;⾊彩配⽐上更加沉稳柔和,吻合⾹港市场的⽤户画像;软装选材则是通过细节彰显格调,⽐如⽊纹⾯和波浪板的选择都经过多轮打磨。最终呈现出与当地⽓息融合度更⾼的腾势空间。
Hong Kong is an international modern city with strong local cultural, which is outstanding around the world, and it has a mature business environment. Consumers here have clear habits to major automotive consumption.
For this reason, we have simplified the functions and focused more on professional services for this space. Besides, we have made the color tone softer and elegant, aligning with the user profile of the local market. Also we spent lots of time to refine the furniture and decoration plan, such as the choice of wood grain and wave boards, which have gone through multiple rounds of refinement. We hope consumers can feel the high quality of the space through the details.
项⽬位于⾹港特别⾏政区九龙湾,周边是成熟的商圈及写字楼,分布着众多豪⻋品牌⻔店,腾势作为新能源汽⻋代表,我们需要想办法在原⽣建筑基础上彰显品牌格调,展现品牌登陆国际化市场的⽓魄。
The project is located in Kowloon Bay, HKSAR, surrounded by a mature commercial district and office buildings, with many luxury automotive brand stores in the vicinity. As a representative of new energy vehicles, DENZA needs to find a way to build up the brand’s image and ambition to the new market.
为了平衡外⽴⾯与内部空间的通透感,我们选择了超⼤弧度镜⾯天花去提升空间的⼴阔感。项⽬落地过程中,当地法规、现场沟通、定制材料等因素也为我们带来很多意想不到的挑战,有幸我们始终与业主的⽬标保持⾼度⼀致,以呈现最佳效果为⾸要考虑因素,深化团队经过反复测试制定出材料切割⽅案,配合专业的施⼯团队,在成本、时间及效果之间取得了最优解。
There is a significant contrast in lighting levels between the interior and exterior of this space, so we have to avoid discomfort bring by the high contract. We chose a super-large curved mirror ceiling to balance it and let the space more open visually. During the construction process, factors such as local regulations, on-site communication, and customized materials also brought us many unexpected challenges. Fortunately, we always kept our goals highly aligned with the client’s, the best outcome is always the first priority. Our design team test the material cutting solution for many time, simulate and test again and again, we did try to find a best way that balance between cost, time and effect. Finally all of this experience will refine a guide model for future DENZA space.
饰⾯材质及⾊彩均根据⾹港地区的商业环境及消费习惯重新制定在地化⽅案,采⽤低调沉稳的⽊纹板和精致优雅的⽩⾊波浪板。
In order to adapt HK market and consumer habits, all materials and color palette have been re-customized, such as the wood finish from light and clean to deeper and elegant, texture painting wall to wave-textured panels.
超⼤弧度镜⾯天花在设计阶段我们就通过优化图纸、调整板材尺⼨和切割⽅式来控制施⼯成本和⼯期;通过铝蜂窝板的精密复合拼装达到⼀个⾮常完整和⾼品质的落地效果。这个过程中业主和施⼯团队的专业度为我们提供了极⼤的助⼒。
During design stage, we’ve already know control costs and timeline would be the key and challenge for the mirror ceiling, so that we optimized drawings, adjusted panel dimensions, and refined the cutting methods. Depending on the final solution and supports from our client and construction team, we achieved a very complete and high-quality effect.
⼤落地玻璃幕墙带来充⾜的采光,与沉稳的内部装饰形成较⼤的光⽐,我们调试了多个照明⽅案去平衡区域照度,让整体光线舒缓柔和,同时也要保证照明⽅案最⼤可能适应⽇后不同的场地条件。
The building glass curtain wall provides direct lighting, and part of the interior decoration is deep tone. So we adjusted multiple lighting schemes to balance the regional illuminance to keep the overall lighting soft and gentle, while also ensuring that this lighting model can apply to other future DENZA space flexibly
空间体验更侧重“专业服务“,提⾼了展示区与洽谈区的空间配⽐,每款⻋型都有充⾜的区域让客户能舒适⾃在地感受腾势汽⻋的“新豪华”魅⼒。
The experience journey for HK market focuses more on ‘professional service’, there has sufficient display and consultation area that allows customers freely to enjoy the ‘new luxury’ charm of DENZA.
吧台、VIP室在软装上延续优雅有质感的原则,从家具、饰品到日常用品的选择上都透露着精致豪华的气息。道具模块则使用轻量化模组,灵活满足不同功能的实现。
The coffee bar and VIP room follow the style of elegant and luxury, so do all the furniture and decorations. We chose flexible modules for the customization cabinets and collections, which can suite different scenario.

The grand opening of Kowloon Bay flagship store is a milestone for DENZA’s outbound development, and it is also a benchmark internationalization project for Cityinno team in recent years.
