LOST CHILI is an all-day restaurant focusing on soar and spicy flavors, and SORA® was responsible for its wholesome design services including branding planning and spatial design.  

品牌通过「辣椒主厨」在探路途中所衍生的试验与碰撞,不断认识更多的新鲜伙伴,从逃跑的番茄、吃醋的刺梨、会飞的酒杯到凑热闹的大葱,打开更生动多元的风味日常生活。

In the trials and collisions in the path of “Chili Chef”, LOST CHILI kept meeting new friends and opening the diverse tastes in daily life with the escaping tomato, the jealous rosa roxburghii, the flying wineglass and the hilarious onion.

结合品牌理念的背景与品牌人设「酸辣主厨」在寻味之旅中所遇到的逃跑番茄、吃醋刺梨、会飞的酒杯及凑热闹的大葱等伙伴,我们将辣椒与朋友们的碰撞用拟人的插画手法创作了出来。

Combing the brand’s background and character “Chili Chef”, who explores the taste journey and meets with the escaping tomato, the jealous rosa roxburghii, the flying wineglass and the hilarious onion, we presented the chili and its friends in an anthropomorphic illustration method.

将辣椒的动作表情结合LOST CHILI哪里辣产品业态进行了融合与创作,通过生动的辣椒形象增加了LOST CHILI哪里辣的趣味,用辣椒在探索及探索中所产生的变化去进行设计的延展。

The motion and gesture were integrated with the brand’s products, adding more interest in a vivid image. We extended the design in the changes and exploration of chili.

在品牌中英文的LOGO上我们融入了辣椒、酒杯、椅子的图形,体现品牌舒服有趣与慵懒,形成LOST CHILI哪里辣独有的品牌调性;选择黄、绿、红三个刺激感官味蕾的颜色去作为LOST CHILI哪里辣的品牌色,黄色代表酸、绿色代表新鲜采摘、红色代表辣。

We used elements like chili, wineglass and chair to design the English logo, instilling fun and laziness into the brand’s image, and finally formed the unique branding tone of LOST CHILI. Also, the yellow, green and red colors represent stimulation of the taste sensory of LOST CHILI: yellow for sourness, green for freshness and red for spiciness. 

调整方向后的厨房空间,同时也改变了门头立面的朝向,通过与户外区域的衔接,提供到一个可以迎接侧向主人流的入口形象;大型的侧滑移门与外挑的屋檐,形成了一个无边界的入门状态。品牌方热衷家具收藏,在设计初期就提出想使用akari灯具的设计要求,通过弧形天花的设置,将前后区域串联起来,并让这个大型圆灯有了全场中心的视觉,缠绕的红色线管,结合暖黄的灯光,给空间蒙上一种朦胧的光感与惬意状态。

The cooking region after adjustment will change the portal direction and connect with the outdoors, providing an entrance image that welcomes lateral main visitor flow. The large sliding door outward eaves will form a boundless gate. The founder was a lover of furniture collection, and demanded to utilize the Akari lighting in the beginning. We presented him with a curved ceiling installation linking the front and back areas, and this large round lamp will be focused, giving out very soft light and a sense of coziness with tangling red wires and a warm light tone.

延续品牌概念——「迷路辣椒」的探险故事,将空间中需要封闭处理的厨房空间进行转换方位的调整,从而改变原有门店从两端入口进来后一览无余的空间状态,并在保留视觉通透的同时,软性的划分出不同的区域状态及小空间,例如两边的靠窗座位区,这样的改动使空间状态更丰富的同时也使拐角处的空间更具包裹感。多种层次的空间过渡,及空间中出现的各种红色构件,门把手、抽屉门、座位区支撑脚、桌面等等,如同「迷路辣椒」在空间游走时,所留下的小记号。

Based on the adventure story of the “lost chili”, we adjusted the cooking space that needed to be sealed off and changed the unobstructed area by the entrances, which remained a transparent view, meanwhile, dividing different sizes and functions of areas. For example, the seating area beside the windows would enrich the space, also, enable the corner to be more wrapped up. At the same time, there are different layers of spatial transition, and special red components (handles, drawers, seat bases, and tabletops) just like the little marks left by the “lost chili” within the space.

在设计初始的想法中,我们希望空间中能有更多的自由与轻松感;外立面大小不一、高低起伏的红色窗口,被不同材质随意包裹的柱子,手绘在墙上的壁画,不满贴的手工砖,朴实的吧台,随处可见的酒瓶陈列,自然材质的使用,定制的手工挂毯等内容都是在对空间自由感的呼应使用。

In the initial design, we looked for more senses of relaxation and freedom, therefore, we added irregular up-and-down red windows, pillars wrapped in different materials, hand painting on the walls, left-blank tiling, plain bar counters, wine bottle layouts, natural texture, and customized handmade tapestry. All these would resonate with the freedom concept of this space. 

LOST CHILI哪里辣距离开业至今还未足半年,但「酸辣主厨」在探路过程已结识到了不少的好朋友;秉持「Jiao更多朋友」的品牌愿景,在「Chili in party」的开业派对上,与深圳在地酒吧RMK流幕、酿造茶品牌tazaTe大地茶场、辣椒品牌TABASAO 等品牌的联合活动;

In LOST CHILI, the “Chili Chef” has made many acquaintances since its opening less than half a year. In the vision of “making more friends”, LOST CHILI held brand-crossing activities on the opening “Chili in party”, with RMK, tazaTe, and TABASAO.

本月新开启的携宠物零售品牌 TaTaRoom、宠物乐园 Sunny泰宠乐园共同举办的「狗狗派对」;除了与品牌的联名活动外在日常运营中针对节日的不同活动也在持续进行中。

This month, there will be a collaboration, “Puppy Party” with TaTaRoom and Sunny Pet Park. In addition to these joint activities with brands, various festival-specific activities are also ongoing in daily operations.

LOST CHILI哪里辣 带着充满想象的在地味感,在未来也会持续为客人带来更轻松、愉悦与惊喜的创意饮食奇遇。
