The aim is to infuse vitality into the space by combining natural elements with industrial structures, creating a relaxed, free, and enriching atmosphere. It is designed to be a haven and sanctuary that “embraces” and shelters living beings.
EASE
榕意连续六次蝉联米其林推荐餐厅称号 ,品牌核心 ——“致力于为顾客创造归属感,成为他们的港湾”。UND提取品牌归属感的“文化记忆”,营造出具有简洁、秩序感的空间,让生活在不同环境中的人们与场域所蕴含的情感与精神产生链接。
Yongyi has consecutively won the Michelin recommendation title six times, with its core brand philosophy being “dedicated to creating a sense of belonging for customers, becoming their sanctuary.” Yongyi extracts “cultural memories” to cultivate spaces that are simple and orderly, allowing people from different backgrounds to connect with the emotions and spirit embedded in the environment.

Through continuous refinement, the Yongyi brand has evolved into a new brand image, using narrative to express super symbols, thus initiating a fresh dialogue between creative Michelin Sichuan cuisine and the city.

UND设计在满足延续品牌调性的同时,想创造一个简单而统一的外观,通过从东方美学中汲取隐喻,表达了秩序与自然的空间哲学。
The UND design aims to create a simple and unified appearance while staying true to the brand’s tone. It draws inspiration from Eastern aesthetics to convey a spatial philosophy that combines order and nature.

Banyan Tree House
迎接食客的是两层造型别致的外立面结构,通过丰富的设计细节,巧妙且克制地呈现“榕树”轮廓Logo,打造出功能与美感共融的视觉焦点,引导人们进入空间。
The welcoming facade features a distinctive two-tiered design, cleverly and subtly presenting the “Banyan tree” silhouette logo through rich design details, creating a visually captivating focal point that seamlessly combines functionality and aesthetics, guiding people into the space.

一层空间保持了自由舒展的水平横向空间,考虑了食客对空间的需求,将原本的夹层空间拆除,处理成真实的二楼,增强了纵向空间的立体维度,提供了多样化的就餐体验。
The ground floor space maintains a horizontally expansive area to cater to diners’ needs, eliminating the mezzanine space and transforming it into a real second floor. This enhancement adds depth to the vertical space, offering a variety of dining experiences.

Beneath the Banyan Tree
在繁忙的都市中,温馨舒适的场所,通过视觉、味觉、艺术等方式为食客构建多重体验的精神岛屿,从视觉体验而来的景与从身心体验而生的境“相互交织。
In busy cities, warm and comfortable places create a spiritual island of multiple experiences for diners through visual, taste, artistic, and other means. The scenery from visual experience and the environment from physical and mental experience are intertwined.

自由的舒展The Freedom of Unfolding
榕树作为榕意品牌的文化基石,在空间中的大树为品牌不同店铺统一元素体现,是感受空间温暖的一个视角。在大树下,热闹非凡的市集中,重归人间烟火。
The banyan tree, as the cultural cornerstone of the Banyan Essence brand, is the common element that unifies the brand’s different shops within the space. It provides a perspective to experience the warmth of the environment. Under the grand tree, amidst a lively and extraordinary market, one can rediscover the vibrancy of human life.
无界的渗透Boundless Permeation
空间的整体布局不只考虑的是利润最大化,更关注的是人与人之间的情感的链接。设计围绕着具体的用餐场景与体验的发生,采用层次丰富的材质、具有包容度的过道以及尺度合宜的落座布局,旨在为人们提供一个松弛、不压抑的庇护所。
The overall layout of the space does not merely focus on profit maximization but places a greater emphasis on the emotional connections between individuals. The design revolves around specific dining scenes and experiences, incorporating a rich variety of materials, inclusive passageways, and a well-proportioned seating arrangement. The aim is to provide people with a relaxed and unburdened sanctuary.

餐厅的用餐区域主要包括半开放包间和分散的散座区域组成,在确保一定程度的隐私和开放感之间取得平衡。
The dining area of the restaurant consists mainly of semi-open private rooms and scattered seating areas, striking a balance between ensuring a certain degree of privacy and a sense of openness.
开放的平衡Open balance
空间中关于梁结构的处理方式,过程中曾多次讨论。如若单纯围绕横梁做设计,可能会牺牲层高并使空间压抑。最终选择保留横梁结构,辅以木饰面包裹,使其融入整体空间环境,横梁的下方充分利用为就餐空间。
The treatment of beam structures in space has been discussed multiple times during the process. If we simply design around the crossbeam, it may sacrifice the floor height and suppress the space. The final choice is to retain the crossbeam structure, supplemented by wooden veneer wrapping, to integrate it into the overall spatial environment, and fully utilize the lower part of the crossbeam as a dining space.

超级符合的运用Utilized in a highly harmonious manner
结合榕意榕树的LOGO标志,对其进行了精心的设计,将其框景于绿植,前后虚实,具有不错的的社交传播属性。
Combining the LOGO emblem of the Banyan Tree, it has been carefully designed, framing it with greenery, creating a sense of depth, and possessing excellent social communicative qualities.
天花以轻巧的结构贯穿于空间,立面墙体局部做镂空处理,保证空间的流动与开放。以轻松与闲适为表,融合榕意本身的理念为里,将东方意境与现代美学相互结合。
The ceiling features a delicate structure that spans the space, and the facades have partial perforations to ensure fluidity and openness in the space. Reflecting a sense of ease and leisure, it blends the essence of Banyan Tree’s own philosophy, combining Eastern aesthetics with modern design.

此次榕意的空间新形象设计,UND设计尝试以简洁的设计传达品牌想给人们温暖且轻松的感受,这是榕意品牌文化内核的外延,实现了具有归属感的用餐空间,且尊重空间与自然的关系。
In this redesign of Rongyi’s space, UND Design attempts to convey a warm and relaxed feeling to people through its minimalist design. This represents an extension of Rongyi’s brand culture core, creating a dining space that provides a sense of belonging and respects the relationship between space and nature.
