勉强设计 | 彬妈糖水（超级总部店）

这次选址在深圳超级总部睿印中心的二层，是商场入口外立面便可见的一个半开放铺面。

The site is located on the second floor of RAIL IN Center in the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, which is a semi-open pavement that can be seen from the facade of the entrance of the mall.

糖水作为广东一带的本土饮食方式，大多以市井街边的售卖方式为主。“彬妈糖水”以独立品牌身份在深圳超级总部睿印中心开设可以容纳更多顾客的旗舰店，并提供更丰富的产品选择。面对更大的场地空间，结合品牌“如初的甜”的理念，我们提出“在院落里，在甜里”作为设计概念，以空间形态表达品牌独特的气质。

As a local diet in Guangdong, Tong Sui is mostly sold in the streetside. Also as an independent brand, BAN-MAA Tong Sui opens this flagship store in RAIL IN Center, Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, which can accommodate more customers and provide a variety of product choices. Facing with a larger venue space, combined with the brand’s concept of “sweet as ever”, hence it is proposed “in the courtyard, in the sweets” as the design concept, expressing the unique temperament of the brand in the form of space.

将室内空间当作一处聚合的自然院落展开布局，仿佛乡野间的微型聚落高低有致。交叠的小房子自然形成外立面的形态，通过转角行至店前便可见院落重叠的全貌。

The interior space is laid out as an aggregated natural courtyard, as if the miniature settlements in the countryside with different heights. The overlapping small houses naturally form the shape of the facade, and the whole picture of the overlapping courtyards will be noticed when customers walk to the front of the store through the corner.

我们在室内空间中一共置入了四个开放的小屋，以形成聚集的院落组合。人的动线也随之自然摆动。每个小屋下面都布置有可座的区域：有圆桌、方桌、长桌等多样的就餐选择方式。

Additionally, it is placed a total of four open cottages in the interior space to form a gathering courtyard combination. In this case, people’s movement lines also naturally swing. Except that, there is a seating area under each cabin with different choices: round tables, square tables, long tables and other dining options.

贯穿的小屋都是开放的抽象几何形态，让人在室内可以穿梭游走。驻足停下每个角度都是不同的景观。我们将每个小屋都结合功能性进行开窗与开洞处理，让温暖的灯进来、让绿植进来，自然也吸引着顾客进来。

The cabin that run through are all open abstract geometric shapes, allowing people to walk around indoors, and it is found that every angle is a different landscape. Apart from that, windows and small holes are utilized in each cabin with functionality, so that warm lights and green plants can naturally attract customers to walk inside.

室外的露台拥有更多的阳光和对流，因此在露台处也搭建出一个开放的小屋，布置更多的绿植让人放松下来。小屋的中心营造出一个圆形花坛可赏可憩，背向而坐既可品甜亦可眺远。

The outdoor terrace has more sunlight and convection, so an open cabin is also built on the terrace, with more green plants arranged to make people relax. Moreover, a circular flower bed is created in the center of the cabin for viewing and resting. Sitting backwards can not only taste the sweetness but also overlook the distance.

整体空间设计运用大量木材配暖色灯光与留白，旨在营造充满温度的空间感受与舒适的聚餐体验。一方面大面积使用木材，另一方面也引入了具有局部装饰性的木格扇提升整体空间品质和细腻温润的感受。

The overall space design applies a lot of wood with warm lighting and white space, aiming to create a warm space feeling and a comfortable dining experience. On the one hand, a large area of wood is used, on the other hand, a partially decorative wooden lattice fan is also introduced to enhance the overall space quality and delicate and warm feeling.

人与空间相融成为流转的风景，美好的体验成为温存的记忆。希望这处空间提供一份新的体验：让顾客在院落里，在甜里。

The fusion of people and space becomes a flowing landscape, and the beautiful experience becomes a warm memory. It is hoped that this space will provide a new experience: let customers enjoy the courtyard and the sweets.
