有时设计 | 春之丘

这是一个对于上海来说久违的春天。坐落在上海市核心地带的南京西路四季坊商业广场，在这个春天初始迎来了一座乡野花园。业主资本策略希望在这个春暖花开回归线下的时节，提供让大家可以自由放心欢聚的城市公共空间，呼吁更加友好、健康、环保的街区氛围。

This is a long overdue spring for Shanghai. Located in the heart of the city, the retailtainment complex InPoint on Nanjing West Road has launched a sustainable art installation at the beginning of this spring. The developer CSI Properties hopes to provide a urban space that allows everyone to gather freely in this blooming season, calling for a more friendly, healthy, and environmentally friendly neighborhood.

我们使用”春之丘“的概念，用天然环保的材料结合艺术、绿植与街区商业，在四季坊中心广场搭建一座乡野自然中的山丘，象征春天到来，万物生发，一切源于自然。三组高低错落的“丘陵”，结合了树池、户外座椅和艺术画展，可供来往行人欣赏和休憩，与身边人一起感受春天的阳光，生长中绿植和花草。
We use the concept of “Alp of Spring” to build this verdant oasis in the central plaza of InPoint, using eco materials with embodying elements of art, greens and retail community, symbolizing the arrival of spring, the new beginnings and growth, and the origin of everything from nature. Three groups of undulating levels of tree boxes with public seating and art exhibition walls, can be appreciated visually and enjoyed as a gathering space by the public, to experience the spring sunshine, growing plants and flowers with people around them.

一次有意义的环保之旅

A Meaningful Sustainable Journey

“春之丘”主体采用新型环保材料：桔梗砖，一种原本用于工业托盘上的结构，原料来自农村秸秆回收制成。每年中国像秸秆这类泛农作物剩余超过20亿吨，大量农作剩余物不知如何处理。回收秸秆，经过高强度压缩、无醛黏剂制成的材料，多用于工业运输部件或装饰基材，天然环保，坚固耐用。

A unique feature of “Alp of Spring” is the eco materials of straw block, which is made from recycled leftover stems from agriculture crops and originally used for industrial pallets. Every year, China has more than 2 billion tons of crop residues which are not known how to discarded. Recycled straw after high-strength compression with formaldehyde free adhesive, can be used for industrial transportation components or decorative substrates. It is natural, environmentally friendly, strong and durable.

我们将其作为艺术装置的主材，高低错落的体块像是层层叠叠的山峦，能看得见稻田谷穗的纹理，带有自然气息。种类繁多的鲜花和绿植参差摆放在空间各处，让人们可以徜徉在绿树丛中。

We use it as the main material for this artistic installations. The undulating levels of blocks are like stacked mountains, and the texture and flavor of nature can be seen and smelt. A wide variety of flowers and green plants are placed in various parts on the alp, allowing people to roam around.

“山丘”上还结合了来自上海君爱公益的自闭症小朋友的画作，与和春天有关的诗句一起，让我们在繁华都市中心，感受孩子们带来的爱与创作力。

“Alp of Spring” has also joined hands with a Shanghai NGO UniLove to exhibit an artwork collection created by children with autism, together with spring related poetries, to celebrate the love and creativity these children have to offer in this busy and bustle city.

在装置拆除之后，大部分的砖块都可以拆下来作为花器赠送给客人，其余的砖块我们也将再次回收利用，希望继续跟踪碳足迹的走向，践行可持续设计。

Upon the installation’s conclusion, most of the eco blocks will be upcycled and offered as a gift containing a fresh plant, while the rest of the blocks will also be reused with continuing tracking of their carbon footprint.

一座属于公众的开放花园

An Open Garden for the Public

原本只是商业街区中一个人流经过的小广场，现在坐满了人：小朋友在抚摸生长中的植物，朋友们逛街累了来坐坐休憩，同事下楼等咖啡顺便聊聊天，阿姨们高兴的摆pose拍照，连小狗也喜欢跳上来打个卡。

Originally just a small square that will easily be missed by visitors, it is now a popular public space full of people: children are caressing growing plants, friends come to sit and rest after shopping, colleagues come downstairs to chat while waiting for coffee, aunts happily pose for photos, and even dogs like to jump up to take a special walk.

这座春天的花园开放邀请来往行人和街坊邻居来探寻畅游。如同春天复苏的生命力一样，它让旧有的城市空间焕发新生，让社区环境变得更积极。大家坐在绿树与画作之中，闻着稻田气息，读着关于春天的诗句，仿佛来到春天的乡野山丘，感受与繁华闹市不一样的休闲和放松。

This spring garden encourages and engage a wider public including visitors and neighbors to explore here. As the vitality of spring’s revival, it gives new life to the existing urban space, and creates a positive change in the community and environment. Sitting among the greens and arts, smelling the nature, and reading poetry about spring, everyone feels as if they have come to the countryside of spring, enjoying a unique experience of chill and relaxation different from the bustling downtown.
