SUPAW HUB位于深圳南山区的来福士广场，西侧紧邻南海公园，这里有开放的自然城市景观绿地、成熟的商业配套、便利的交通条件、热闹丰富的市民活动，充满了都市社区生活氛围。店铺选址介于商场与公园之间，既有商业的便利也可无距离的亲近大自然，既可享受安静休闲时光也可到户外绿地运动游玩、奔跑撒野，是城市中绝佳的人宠休闲场地。
SUPAW HUB is located in the Nanshan District of Shenzhen, with the Nanhai Park to its west. It has open natural urban green spaces, mature commercial facilities, convenient transportation, and lively and diverse community activities, filled with the atmosphere of urban community life. The shop is located between the mall and the park, offering both the convenience of commerce and the opportunity to get close to nature without any distance. It is an ideal place for people and pets to enjoy quiet leisure time and outdoor green space activities, such as sports and play.
广袤的城市景观绿地为店铺带来了扑面而来的自然气息和绝佳的景观视线，让人不经意间驻足停留于此，安静享受这美好景色和欢快轻松的乌托邦式人宠休闲氛围。
The vast urban landscape green spaces bring a rush of natural air and an excellent view to the shop, making people unconsciously stop and stay here to enjoy the beautiful scenery and the carefree and relaxed utopian atmosphere of people and pets.
针对新型的人宠休闲主题的复合型商业空间，设计希望尽可能突破传统宠物商业空间的定位和设计逻辑，希望打破宠物店、咖啡厅、宠物乐园等单一业态模式，利用现有的场地条件优势，提供更多样化的人宠交流、休闲、互动的场景和体验空间。
For the new type of pet-human leisure theme composite commercial space, the design aims to break through the traditional positioning and design logic of pet commercial spaces as much as possible, hoping to break the single business model of pet stores, coffee shops, and pet parks, and take advantage of the existing site conditions to provide more diverse scenarios and experience spaces for human-pet interaction, leisure and interaction.
介于城市与山野之间
Between the city and the countryside.
设计利用原始场地的高差条件，入口区域逐级升高的踏步公共而开放，创造出多个不同高度的平台空间，通过植物池围合出不同尺度的休息区域，提供了更多的公共座位，并形成灵活而丰富的回游动线，同时最大化利用朝向公园的景观视线，营造出了开放性、安定感、凝聚力并存的户外休闲空间体验。
The design utilizes the site’s topographic conditions, with the entrance area featuring a series of raised steps that are public and open, creating multiple platform spaces of varying heights that are enclosed by planting beds to form rest areas of varying scales. This provides more public seating and creates a flexible and diverse circulation route, while maximizing the view of the park and creating an open, stable, and cohesive outdoor leisure space experience.

逐级升高的立面造型让原本现代简约的建筑立面尺度变得更为亲和而丰富，起到了优化城市界面的作用：通透的建筑立面向户外完全敞开，消除了室内外的边界感，引导人们自由进出，将舒适安定的商业氛围充分辐射到公共街区中。
The stepped facade design makes the modern and minimalist architectural facade scale more approachable and diverse, which plays a role in optimizing the urban interface: the transparent facade is fully open to the outdoors, eliminating the sense of boundary between indoors and outdoors, guiding people to come and go freely, and fully radiating the comfortable and stable commercial atmosphere into the public street area.

区别于常规的临街铺位，希望店铺入口作为城市景观绿地的延续，弱化场地的领域感，仿佛步入山坡自然而亲近，宽大的木制长凳搭配植物池的设计，传递着公共景观花园的气质，为市民提供一处理想的休息场所。
Unlike conventional street-front shops, the entrance to the store is intended to continue the urban landscape green space, weaken the sense of enclosure of the site, making it feel like stepping onto a hill and becoming close to nature. The design of the wide wooden benches and planting pools conveys the atmosphere of a public landscape garden, providing citizens with an ideal place to rest.

不同高低的平台座位设计恰当好处，将场地内绝佳的公园景观尽收眼底，营造出了与城市景观绿地融为一体的更加亲和、实用、安定闲适的休闲场景。
The platform seating with different heights is designed in a just-right manner, offering a panoramic view of the excellent park scenery within the site, creating a more intimate, practical, and serene leisure scene that blends seamlessly with the urban green space.

复合型人宠商业空间
Multi-functional Human-Pet Commercial Space
巨幅天幕的设置将整个空间朝向引向公园，将场地内的景观视线优势放大，利用较高的室内挑空高度，靠内侧局部加建二层形成高低分区：高区亲近自然欢快律动、低区则安定舒适，同时满足咖啡休闲、零售展示、授课培训、宠物玩耍、多功能活动等的不同功能场景需求，增设二层满足了洗护、寄养功能的面积需求。
The installation of the large skylight directs the entire space towards the park, amplifying the landscape view within the site, and utilizing the higher indoor clearance height, a partial second floor was built on the inner side to create a high-low division: the high area is close to nature and full of joyful movement, while the low area is stable and comfortable, meeting the needs of different functional scenarios such as coffee leisure, retail display, lectures and training, pet play, and multi-functional activities. The addition of the second floor meets the area demand for washing and boarding services.

利用场地原有高差条件，设计出多组高低错落的台阶空间，不同标高的台面和座位将多种业态场景完整统筹在一起：宽大低矮的零售中岛、包裹感强的公共卡座、利于社交的绿植吧台，灵活的墙面展示等等，创造出了可逛、可玩、可坐、可聚的更为多样化的人宠交互场景。
Utilizing the existing topography, a series of stepped spaces of varying heights were designed, integrating various business scenarios: wide, low retail islands, strong enveloping public seating areas, green plant bars for socializing, flexible wall displays, etc. This creates a more diverse and interactive space for people and pets to explore, play, sit, and gather.

丰富的高差设计会让宠物在此跑跳、趴窝、嬉戏游玩从而更容易适应环境，极大的缓解了宠物来到陌生空间的不安与焦虑，宠物分散在不同高度空间上，消解了各自的领域感和彼此因体型大小差距带来的压迫感，从空间的角度尽力维护宠物情绪稳定和身体放松。
The rich variation in elevation design allows pets to run, jump, and rest in different areas, making it easier for them to adapt to the environment. This greatly alleviates the anxiety and unease that pets feel when they are in unfamiliar spaces. By dispersing pets across different elevations, the sense of territory and the sense of intimidation caused by size differences are mitigated. From the perspective of space, the design strives to maintain the emotional stability and physical relaxation of pets.

大面积玻璃幕墙开阔而通透，为室内带来极好采光，同时将公园景观一览无余，营造出坐在山腰间俯瞰整片城市景观的绝佳体验，模糊的室内外边界感让空间得到释放和延伸，外围的自然公园氛围与内部热闹人宠氛围形成互补，两者关联并彼此衬托。
The large glass curtain wall is open and transparent, providing excellent lighting for the interior while offering a panoramic view of the park landscape, creating an exceptional experience of sitting on a hilltop overlooking the entire urban landscape. The blurred boundary between indoors and outdoors allows the space to be released and extended, with the natural park atmosphere complementing the lively and pet-friendly atmosphere within, creating a linkage and mutual enhancement between the two.

眺望山野的小屋
A Cottage Overlooking the Countryside
多功能活动区域在一层的核心位置，将室内外空间完全联通，由跑跳区、沙发区、躺卧区、吧台区、户外露台区组成，不同高度的平台、植物池、固定家具让空间边界、动线形成更为灵动而多变的有趣关系。
A multi-functional activity area located at the core of the ground floor, fully connects indoor and outdoor spaces, consisting of a jumping and running area, a sofa area, a lying area, a bar area, and an outdoor terrace area. Different height platforms, planting pools, and fixed furniture create more dynamic and varied interesting relationships between the space boundaries and circulation.

希望打破功能对场地的约束，在这里可以与自己最亲密的伙伴放肆的玩耍、与陌生人无压力的社交，独自安静的享受一杯咖啡、慵懒的享受短暂的度假时光，也可举办一场宠物家庭聚会，希望这里是承载无限可能性的人宠第三空间。
We hope to break the constraints of function on the site, where you can play with your closest companions without restraint, socialize with strangers without pressure, enjoy a cup of coffee alone in peace, lazily enjoy a brief vacation, or host a pet family gathering. We hope that this place will be the third space for people and pets, where infinite possibilities are embodied.

区别于城市中普遍只满足于人的“家”，设计希望能营造出一个人宠共同生活的乌托邦式的“家”，在这里可以找到强烈的认同感和归属感，希望人宠一起在熟悉的环境中得到解压与成长，从而培养健康积极的人宠生活方式。
Unlike the common urban homes that only cater to human needs, the design aims to create a utopian “home” where both humans and pets can live together. Here, people can find a strong sense of identity and belonging, and both humans and pets can relax and grow in a familiar environment, thus cultivating a healthy and positive human-pet lifestyle.

希望通过对“家”环境感的营造带给人一种直击内心的好奇与向往，借助环境的力量让人停留在此以最短的时间感知到品牌传达的理念，让这里的场景成为人宠美好生活的一部分。
We hope to create an environment that evokes a sense of “home” and inspires curiosity and yearning deep within people. We aim to use the power of the environment to make people stay here for the shortest possible time to understand the brand’s message, and to make this scene part of the wonderful life of people and pets.

在宜人的自然山野中没有户外雨水、温度、蚊虫等弊端，而是更加舒适安全的室内气候环境，将室内外两种环境优势结合，制造体验上的反差感为人宠空间带来更多的价值与活力，希望每个独立的商业空间尽可能承担其应有的社会价值并可持续的发展下去。
In the pleasant natural countryside, there are no outdoor disadvantages such as rain, temperature, and insects, but a more comfortable and safe indoor climate environment. Combining the advantages of both indoor and outdoor environments to create a contrasting experience and bring more value and vitality to the pet space. We hope that each independent commercial space can bear its due social value and sustainably develop.

自然的公园景致衬托着温暖的小屋，而小屋也提供了一个的观赏城市的绝佳角度，让空间回归以“人宠”为本的价值观去引导和影响人更加关注人宠关系，追求更为和谐的人宠生活方式。
The natural park scenery sets off the cozy cottage, and the cottage also provides an excellent view of the city, allowing the space to return to its core values of “people and pets” to guide and influence people to pay more attention to the relationship between people and pets and pursue a more harmonious human-pet lifestyle.

大面积的留白衬托着富有质感的砖墙和地面，回收使用的老砖每一块都独一无二，天然丰富的色彩极具质感，特殊的砌筑方式为空间增添了一份手作的细腻与温暖，粗犷的植物池衬托出布艺沙发的柔软舒适。
Large areas of empty space are used to highlight the textured brick walls and floors, with recycled old bricks used in a unique way to create a natural, rich palette with a tactile quality. The special bricklaying technique adds a handmade touch of delicacy and warmth to the space, while the rough planting area contrasts with the soft comfort of the fabric sofa.

地面材料历经了数十次筛选与实验，最终选择了二十多种不同颜色、质感的地铺石重新设计、裁切、拼贴组合，满足功能需求的同时让空间呈现出了独特的手工美感与艺术气息，每片材料都是精心挑选与手工打磨，为了创造出最具诚意的人宠休闲环境。
The ground material underwent dozens of screenings and experiments, and finally, more than 20 different colors and textures of paving stones were selected, redesigned, cut, and pieced together to meet functional needs while creating a unique handmade aesthetic and artistic atmosphere in the space. Every piece of material was carefully selected and hand-finished to create the most sincere pet leisure environment.

材料的选型对于人宠空间尤为重要，需要健康环保且耐磨防渗，材料表面的摩擦力需要严格控制：过于光滑会使宠物脚掌着力不好造成关节健康危害，过于粗糙容易在宠物跑跳急停的时搓伤脚爪。
The selection of materials is particularly important for pet spaces, as they need to be healthy, environmentally friendly, and durable, with a waterproof and scratch-resistant surface. The friction force on the material’s surface needs to be strictly controlled: too smooth a surface can cause problems for the pet’s foot pads, leading to joint health issues, while too rough a surface can easily rub and injure the pet’s paws when it runs, jumps, or stops suddenly.
