艾舍尔设计 | 播 broadcast 衡山坊体验店

衡山坊位于天平路以东衡山路以北，始建于上世纪 30、40 年代，包括 11 幢独立花园洋房和两排新式里弄住宅，建筑具有海派民居典型样式，是一处承载着历史记忆的地点，同时也体现着这座城市文化的多样性。

Hengshan square was built in the 1930s and 1940s. It is located to the east of Tianping road and to the north of Hengshan Road, including 11 independent garden houses and two rows of new style lane houses. The architecture in this area is typical representative of Shanghai-style residential buildings, bearing historical memory and reflecting the cultural diversity of the city.

播 broadcast女装体验店选址在这片建筑群中的 2 号楼，一幢三层的洋房。正门前是车水马龙的衡山路，高大的法国梧桐枝叶繁茂；另一侧毗邻徐汇公园，夏天傍晚的公园里，阿叔阿姨们衣着讲究，在石凳上坐着聊天，孩子们吹着彩色的泡泡在追逐嘻闹……

The experience store of broadcast women’s dress is located in building 2 of this complex. It’s a three-story house. The Hengshan road is on the front with heavy traffic and lush and tall French Platanus. On the other side, it is adjacent to Xujiahui Park. In the summer evening, many well-dressed uncles and aunts sit on stone benches and chat. Children chase and play with color bubbles.

整个 2 号楼的设计体现了艾舍尔一贯的理念，尊重背景，不过分修饰，保留了充满历史感的建筑外墙，室内部分用最本质的材料创造出一种微妙的和谐感；流动的空气、变化的光线，都是设计考量的一部分。最终营造出一个自然和城市、室内与室外、过去与未来之间不中断的叙事空间。

The design of building 2 indicates the consistent concept of Escher, that is respecting background, maintaining the historical exterior wall, and avoiding over decoration. The interior creates a subtle sense of harmony with the most original materials; the flowing air and the changing light are the important parts while considering design. An uninterrupted narrative space of nature and city, indoor and outdoor, past and future is created finally.

一楼，不定义空间
The first floor is provided with undefined space

留白 Leaving blank

在功能上这是一个待定空间，用于品牌的艺术展览和跨界联名产品的发售，留白是这个空间的功能考量，气质偏中性。基础空间裸露出部分原始的墙面；储藏间的饰面大面积使用了未来感的氧化铝，让粗糙与精致对撞出一个艺术气质的氛围。

It’s an undefined space for art exhibitions of brands and distribution and sales of cross broader co-brand products. Leaving blank is a functional consideration of this space, which is a neutral design. Part of the original wall is exposed in the foundation space; while the storeroom is decorated with alumina facing in a large area, creating an artistic atmosphere of roughness and fine.

The second floor is provided with clothing stores

日常生活场景 The scene of daily life

基础空间延续了一楼的风格，加入了软木瑜珈砖的展台和雀眼枫木饰面的柜体，浅木色地板，整体的暖色调让空间呈现出了柔和的女性气质；动线设计借鉴了园林营造中的“移步换景”手法，通过隐性的隔断围合出一个个日常生活小场景，增加了顾客探索的乐趣。

The basic space continues to adopt the style of the first floor. By adding an exhibition stand of yoga bricks, a cabinet with freckled maple veneer, and the light floorboard, it creates an overall warm tone, presenting a soft temperament; by referring to the “change scenery” technique in garden construction, the dynamic-line design encloses small scenes of daily life with invisible partition to increase customers’ fun of exploration.

三楼 VISION 咖啡馆
The third floor is VISION coffee space

室内的“街心公园” Indoor “Street Park”

设计灵感来自于街心公园，软木瑜伽砖砌成的凳子，像是公园里的石凳；开放的大空间内，站立、围坐或是对坐，通过座位方式的设定来消除人与人之间的距离感，让聊天或是独处都变得更加自在；留出大面积的窗，室外的绿意充分融入到室内。夏日午后，蝉在树上鸣叫，日光穿过窗外的梧桐树，影子落在地上，像星星一样闪烁，是一天当中最美好的光景。

The design concept comes from the street park. The bench made of yoga bricks is similar to the stone bench in the park; people can stand, sit around, or sit opposite in this open space. Through seat setting, it can eliminate the sense of distance between people and make it easier to chat or be alone; the window design in a large area ensures the full integration of the outdoor environment. In summer afternoon, cicadas are singing in the trees. Sunlight fells on the ground through the plane trees outside the window, and the shadows sparkle like stars. It’s the best time of the day.
