彼山设计 | 彼屯between·Coffee·BAR

‘彼屯来自于单词‘between’的音译，在城市的各种缝隙中，打造一个个满足于现代年轻人社交的生活空间。我们希望打破传统社区沉闷的生活边界，让大家在工作与家庭之间，有一个可以随时放松身心的解压之所。而位于苏州湾体育中心的彼屯是我们的第一个尝试。

‘Bitun’ comes from the transliteration of the word ‘between’, an intention to create a living space that satisfies the social needs of modern young people in various gaps in the city. We hope to break the dull boundaries of traditional communities, so that everyone has a refreshing place where they can relax at any time between work and family. BETWEEN Suzhou Bay Sports Center is our first attempt.

‘彼此’与‘之间’是我们希望传递的核心。我们找寻到一个可以一边慢慢享受一边闲聊的行为-饮。城市年轻人的饮文化少不了咖啡与酒，我们希望打造一个满足白天饮咖啡，晚上饮酒的行为空间来达到串联人与人的舒适体验。

‘One another’ and ‘between’ are the core of what we hope to convey. We found an act that we can enjoy ourselves while chatting – drinking. The drinking culture of urban young people is inseparable from coffee and wine. We hope to create a space where one can drink coffee during the day and alcohol at night to achieve a comfortable experience while connecting people.

通过畅饮闲聊的行为让客人与身边的人产生联系，也有提供安全感的空间让客人享受一段独处时光。白天与黑夜，室内与户外在此边界消融。彼屯将成为你在城市安放身心的自在之地。

Here one can connect with the people around you through drinking and chatting, but also feel safe enough to enjoy some individual time. Day and night, indoor and outdoor dissolve at this place. BETWEEN will also become a comfortable place for you to rest your mind and body in the city.

通过推拉窗的形式，暧昧化室内外的界限，打破人与人之间的物理隔阂。在室内的空间处理上，我们希望打造一个绝对简单，放松无压的室内环境，因此我们对初始的建筑结构空间采用最少的介入，保持原本空间那种粗犷，毛坯的气质，只在其中插入吧台，后厨这类必要的功能模块，剩余的空间则给到可移动的家具，满足日常客人就坐，活动举办，以及聚会预约等最大的灵活特性。

Through the form of sliding windows, the boundary between indoor and outdoor is blurred, and the physical barrier between people is broken. In terms of the treating of indoor space, we hope to create an absolutely simple, relaxing and stress-free environment. So we use the least intervention in the initial architectural setting, maintain the rough temperament of the original space, and only insert a bar counter into it besides the necessary functional modules such as the back kitchen. The remaining space is given to movable furniture to meet the maximum flexibility of daily guests, events, and party reservations.

而空间之中，为了满足‘between’之间的灵活感与趣味性，我们为彼屯品牌专门设计定制了一套可移动的模块化推车系统。每个模块推车在平面上只占据1mX1m的空间。初期的三组模块我们定义为‘移动艺术书架’，‘咖啡制作小车’以及‘移动展示货架’三个功能。三个推车模块可以分拆，也可以合并。

To satisfy the sense of flexibility and fun between ‘between’, we designed and customized a set of movable modular cart products for BETWEEN. Each module cart only occupies a space of 1m X 1m on the plane. We defined the initial three groups of modules as three functions： ‘Mobile Art Bookshelf’, ‘Coffee Making Cart’ and ‘Mobile Display Shelf’. The three cart modules can be split or combined.

推车独立分拆时，三组推车构成店内的艺术书吧，咖啡制作台与周边产品零售区。推车拼合组装时，三个平方米的连续空间则形成了一家‘集合店’的感觉。在天气良好时，店内的运营可以随时把推车推到开阔的室外空间，从而成户外的零售小档，也成了活跃周边社区氛围的一种‘城市插入式装置’

When the carts are separated independently, three groups of carts constitute the art book bar, coffee making station and retail area in the store. When the carts are put together and assembled, the continuous 3-sqm-space forms a feeling of “collection store”. When the weather is good, the carts can be pushed to the open outdoor space at any time, thus becoming an outdoor retail stall and an ‘urban plug-in device’ that activates the surrounding community.

我们希望彼屯这家不定义的店铺能以一种灵活开放的姿态，从而在日渐活跃的苏州湾社区中心中聚集社交化与场景化的能量。让邻里居民享受日常社交，同时感知非日常的创意。

We hope that this undefined store of BETWEEN with a flexible and open attitude can create a social and scenery vibe in the increasingly active Suzhou Bay Community Center. Here the neighborhood can enjoy the daily social interaction and at the same time experience the non-daily creativity.
