「Sunset Café」中文名叫“三圣食堂”，来源于店址前身“三圣茶铺”。“Sunset”不仅是日落的夕阳，慵懒温暖；更与“三圣”谐音，希望留下老成都的记忆。

The 「Sunset Café」is also called “SAN SHENG Canteen” in Chinese and is derived from the former “SAN SHENG Tea Shop”.“Sunset” is not only the setting sun of sunset,lazy warm;but more homophonic with “SAN SHENG”,hope to keep the memory of old Chengdu.

从筹备期间的Pop-up Café开始，“三圣盖碗咖啡”就已经在成都掀起了一股打卡热潮。几个月后，新开业的「Sunset Café」便成了成都常日最多潮人聚集的咖啡店之一。

Since the pop-up Cafe in preparation,“SAN SHENG Covered Bowl Coffee” has become a punch-card craze in Chengdu.A few months later,the newly opened Sunset Cafe was one of the city‘s most trendy coffee shops.

「风格·融合」「Style · Fusion」

如果你问可以用某种风格来定义Sunset吗？我想并不能。当设计早已走出意料之内、约定俗成的定义之外，风格其实并不足以表述一个品牌的全部商业形象。对于「Sunset Café」来说，简约、工业、复古、潮流、混搭都悉数化成一个个小的元素，用设计之手糅合在空间中，变成空间使用者真实的体验。

“European Street Cafe” is the source of the spatial design concept,creating a casual sense of returning to the essence of life, rather than deliberately stacking design.We want everything to be reasonable, textured and accessible.When the design is out of the expected, conventional definition,style is not enough to express the whole commercial image of a brand.For “Sunset Cafe”,simplicity, industry,retro,trend and mix are all turned into a small element,which is combined with the hand of design in the space and becomes the real experience of the space users.

「文化·平台」「Culture · Platform」

从设计的一开始，Sunset就被定义为承载文化的空间载体，渗透进不同的消费场景中。

清晨，隔壁写字楼上班白领匆匆来买一杯美式，与店员互道早上好。日上三竿，几位freelancer的电脑旁摆着一杯澳白，和作为早午餐的小汉堡。中午，三两成群的姑娘们一边摆拍着盖碗咖啡，一边调侃着多吃一口意面要长胖。如果运气好，下午的Sunset会在夕阳之下烘托出温暖的氛围，与墙上的画作和精致的艺术装置一起，让这条老街也有新生。当日落西山，店里灯光渐暗，音乐也变得律动起来。一杯金汤力，就能跟同伴有聊不完的话题。

From the very beginning of the design,Sunset was defined as a cultural spatial carrier,infiltrating into different consumption scenes.

Early in the morning,the white-collars working in near office came to buy a cup of americano in a hurry,and said good morning to the barista.Then,a couple of freelancers were sitting by their computers with a glass of Flat White and a little burger for brunch.At noon,groups of girls posed for pictures of tureen coffee and joked about gaining weight with an extra bite of spaghetti.With any luck,the afternoon Sunset will create a warm atmosphere under the setting sun,bringing new life to the old street along with paintings on the walls and elaborate art installations.When the sun set,the lights dimmed and the music became rhythmic.With a cup of gin and tonic,you’ll have plenty to talk with your partner.

你可以来Sunset喝杯咖啡，吃个意面，做点工作；同样也能漫无目的，听着音乐，对着夕阳余晖发呆放空；或者遇到某个特别的快闪活动，与投契的新朋友聊两句，喝一杯。这大概就「Sunset Café」最理想的状态。

我们常说，能看到成都的太阳很不容易。但如果在下午常来Sunset，相信一定能看到最多的夕阳。仿佛在提醒你，嘿，该回家了。

You can come to Sunset for a coffee,pasta and do some work.You can also be aimless,listening to our selected music,staring at the sunset in a daze.Or meet a special flash mob and have a chat and a drink with your new friend.This is probably the ideal state for the Sunset Cafe.

We often say that it is not easy to see the sun in Chengdu City.But if you often come to Sunset in the afternoon,I believe you can see lots of sunset.As if to remind you,hey, it’s time to go home.
