与其他品牌茶室一般会选择景区亦或是风景优美之地不同,Usual Studio寻常设计新作- 《春辰Spring Up》茶书房坐落于都市CBD杭州滨江奥体板块,车水马龙,来往多数皆为与金融商务与科技相关人群。如何于闹市中创造一处让人们可以度过片刻茶歇时光的空间?
Unlike other tea houses that usually choose scenic areas or beautiful locations, Usual Studio’s latest project – “Spring Up” Tea House, which is located in the urban CBD area of Hangzhou Binjiang Olympic Sports Park, surrounded by heavy traffic and mostly visited by finance, business, and technology-related crowds. How to create a space for people to enjoy a moment of tea in such a busy area?

茶书房设计立意于在闹市中创造一隅宁静,寻常设计从传统南宋园林山水画中提取设计要素;密林小径、山石洞壑、浮岛茶寮沿着体验路径展开,让一般的沿街商铺在空间上实现质的转变,生成具有多重序列感的景观化空间。
The design concept of the tea house is to create a peaceful corner in the bustling city. Usual Studio drew inspiration from the traditional Southern Song Dynasty garden landscape paintings, and extracted design elements such as dense forest paths, mountain caves, and floating island tea pavilions along the experiential path. This approach transforms ordinary street shops into a landscape space with a sense of multiple sequences.

茶室入口的“木之峡谷”作为揭开整体茶室空间的序幕,起到切换访客心境的作用。实木格栅以流水般有序排列,如同画中幽隐的密林小道,让人的步伐和心境可以先慢下来。
As visitors enter the tea house, they are greeted by the “Wooden Canyon,” which serves as a prelude to the overall tea house space and helps to transition visitors’ moods. The solid wood grille is arranged in an orderly manner like a secluded forest path in a painting, allowing people to slow down their pace and mood.

紧临着“木之峡谷”是一处多功用的临时休憩处,可以满足临时性的洽谈与等待,而不打扰到在茶室中的客人。走出峡谷,迎面开敞的前台接待区,吊顶格栅如同老建筑的挑檐层层错落的向街道界面延伸,瀑布般落下,光影交错;一高一低,形成不同程度的私密性。
Adjacent to the “Wooden Canyon” is a multi-functional temporary resting area that can accommodate temporary negotiations and waiting without disturbing the guests in the tea house. Exiting the canyon, guests are met with an open front desk reception area, where the grid ceiling extends like a stepped eave of an old building, falling like a waterfall, with light and shadow intertwined. The height difference creates different levels of privacy.

月下楼梯间串联起一层二层的动线连接,赋予功能性空间更多诗意性表达。悬挂高度同步考虑与二楼茶室的视线连接及视觉效果。
The staircase under the moon lamp connects the first and second floors, giving functional space a more poetic expression. The hanging height is synchronously considered for the visual connection and visual effect of the second-floor tea room.

天然石皮构筑的过道如同 “石之洞壑”,每个洞口都是一个茶室的入口,增添野趣的同时也像个光影容器,于细微处影响着茶客的情绪。洞壑般的过道越是冷峻,茶室包厢内越显暖意与舒适。
The corridor constructed with natural stone slabs is like a “Stone Cave,” with each entrance being the entrance to a tea room. It adds wildness while also acting as a light and shadow container, influencing the mood of guests in subtle ways. The colder and more austere the cave-like corridor, the warmer and more comfortable the tea room booths appear.

同一个月球灯以不同的方式展现在不同的茶室包厢中,访客与月同坐,伴随静谧月光,这一路的风尘仆仆与不安都化进温润的茶汤里。
The same moon lamp is displayed in different ways in different tea room booths. Guests sit with the moon and are accompanied by the quiet moonlight. All the dust and anxiety from the journey melt into the warm tea.

当折叠推拉门封闭时,为互不打扰的独立茶室包厢;都开启时,各个茶室包厢空间串联为更大更开阔的社交空间;在有限的空间里延伸视觉体验,也能有效的满足春辰茶书房对展览、活动的功能需求。
When the folding sliding doors are closed, the tea room booths become independent and undisturbed. When they are all open, the space of each tea room booth is connected, creating a larger and more open social space. Within the limited space, it extends the visual experience and effectively meets the functional requirements of exhibitions and events at “Spring Up” Tea House.

O4 品牌调性
春辰品牌名称灵感来源为中国传统颜色中名字,寓意草木生长、生机蓬勃。深色调性空间中蕴含着东方传统空间中的沉稳与静谧,局部亮色与绿植的点缀打破呆板与沉闷;空间策略上的“破与立”是一种继承与发展的思路,最终呈现的空间调性也恰恰体现了春辰的品牌调性。
The inspiration for the name of the Spring Up(春辰) brand comes from traditional Chinese colors, representing the growth of plants and vitality. The deep-toned space embodies the calm and tranquility of traditional Eastern spaces, while the use of bright colors and green plants as accents breaks the monotony and dullness. The spatial strategy of “breaking and standing” perfectly reflects the brand’s philosophy of inheriting and developing, and the final spatial tone embodies the brand’s identity.

春辰茶书房的成功落地不止于设计方的努力,这里由衷感谢在改造过程中付出大量心血与精力的业主与品牌主理人。结语引用春辰主理人的话:“春辰茶书房以茶作为分享美好生活的介质,茶书房为会友访客的精神文化空间,试图通过在传统继承与当代发展、东方审美与西方艺术、深度思考与感官情绪中不断碰撞与融合,探索美好生活方式的更多可能。”
The success of the Spring Up Tea House is not only due to the efforts of the design team. We sincerely thank the owners and brand managers who have put in a lot of hard work and effort during the renovation process. In conclusion, we quote the words of the Spring Up manager: “Spring Up Tea House uses tea as a medium to share a beautiful life, and it is a spiritual and cultural space for friends and visitors. By constantly colliding and blending in traditional inheritance and contemporary development, Eastern aesthetics and Western art, deep thinking and sensory emotions, we explore more possibilities for a beautiful lifestyle.”
