事务所现在寻找设计师加入我们，希望组成一个合作紧密的有凝聚力的长期团队。如果你对在设计过程中的成长，对了解设计项目的所有阶段（从早期概念，深化，节点细节到选材，样品检查和项目执行）有兴趣的话，这可能会是个适合的职位。

申请人需要的素质与技能：

-积极和好奇，愿意在工作中主动，对设计的所有阶段，从概念到完成均有兴趣。

-对设计及其他不同创意领域，艺术，平面及当代趋势感兴趣。

-精通中文及英文

-至少三年不同项目类型的工作经验

-熟练使用常用图形软件，2D及3D建筑软件如Adobe系列，Autocad，3dMax等。

-有团队工作及独立工作的能力，注重细节，有良好的沟通技巧。

We are now looking for designers to join us， sharing the vision of a long term commitment in building a close-knit and cohesive team. This may be a suitable job position if you are interested in growing throughout time， working in close touch and being involved in all phases of each project， from very early concept， going through developing all visuals， drawing details， selecting materials， checking mock-ups and execution during construction phase.

General qualities and skills required by all applicants， to consider their application， will include：

– motivated and curious， willing to work in a dynamic environment， interested in taking care of all design phases， from concept till completion.

– passion and broad interest in the many aspects of design and other different creative fields， art， graphics， and contemporary trends.

– proficient in Mandarin and English.

– at least three years of experience after graduation working on projects of different kind.

– proficiency in using the most common graphics， 2D and 3D architectural software as Adobe Creative Suite， Autocad， 3dMax.

– ability to work both in team and independently， with strong detail-oriented approach and with good communication skills.

详细情况，目前空缺的岗位有：

In details， the following positions with specific requirements are currently open at RAMOPRIMO：

一、建筑师/设计师 ARCHITECT

制作用于招标，施工，审批的施工图纸，有兴趣与材料供应商，客户及施工方交流。

Producing technical drawings for tender， approval process and construction. Interest in communication and coordination with suppliers， clients and contractors.

二、建筑/室内设计师 INTERIOR DESIGNER

有住宅设计项目的经验。与设计团队一同深化设计概念，施工节点，与供应商联系，选材料，制作材料样板等。

Experience in Residential projects. Working with design team in developing design concepts， defining details， contacting suppliers， selecting materials， creating mood boards.

三、建筑/3D建模师 3D ARTIST

使用vray 3Dmax渲染，帮助深化概念，通过3D视觉支持整个设计过程，负责项目最终的可视化效果。

Working with Vray for 3dMAX. Developing 3D concepts， supporting the design process through 3D visuals. Being in charge for final 3D visualization of projects.

四、建筑/景观设计师LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

有城市街区尺度项目，园林及建筑有关的公共空间，或农村项目的工作经验。注重细节及良好的平面能力。会使用Lumion是加分项。

Experience in projects at urban block scale； gardens and public spaces in relationship with buildings； projects in rural areas. Attention to details and good graphic skills (knowledge of Lumion is a plus).

五、设计师/办公室助理DESIGNER/OFFICE ASSISTANT

良好的人际沟通能力及平面图形能力。主要任务是在协助设计团队进行设计流程，演示，与客户会面方面发挥作用。如非建筑师，需要对建筑设计及趋势有兴趣和一定知识。

Good communication skills at both interpersonal and graphic levels. Key role in assisting design teams along design process， presentations， meeting with client. If not architect， a general interest and knowledge in architecture and design trends is required.
