南京此外设计丨浆将好豆浆店

“浆将好”是一家临街的豆浆店。这次设计的第一步是从起名字着手的。“浆将好”是南京话“将将好”的谐音，刚刚好的意思。这样命名，一是好记，此外，也告诉客人，不要急，豆浆马上好。

“Jiang Jiang Hao” is a bean milk shop facing the street. The first step in this design is to give it a name. “Jiang Jiang Hao” is a homonym of “Jiang Jiang Hao” in Nanjing dialect. First，This name is easy to remember， in addition， also told the guests， don‘t worry， soybean milk will be ready soon.

南京是一个很有意思的城市，有大城市的灯红酒绿，也有小市民的随意自在。市井文化是人们对于传统文化和生活方式下自然产生的，车水马龙的街道小巷，小贩的叫卖声彼伏，街坊们相互问候，形色人们为生活奔波，书摊前驻足的青年翻页阅读…烟火气就是人情味，是贴近现实的气息，是生机，是一种平凡却努力改变的生活百态。

Nanjing is a very interesting city. It has the prosperity of Metropolis and the freedom of ordinary citizens. Market culture is a natural product of people’s traditional culture and lifestyle. Streets and alleys are full of traffic， hawkers are shouting， neighbors are greeting each other， people of all shapes and colors are running for life， and young people standing in front of bookstores turn pages to read… Fireworks is human sentiment， is the breath close to reality， is vitality， is a kind of ordinary but hard to change life.

每种料理都有适合的场合，也有适合的时候。豆浆店所在的街边称得上是适合的场合，过往有形形色色的人们，凌晨晚归、清早漫步、饥肠辘辘、埋醉东倒的时候能坐下来，一大碗豆浆，两三根油条…那种感受又有什么能代替，市井的温情一早就从店里弥散开来。

There are occasions and times for every dish. The street where the soybean milk shop is located can be called a suitable occasion. In the past， people of all kinds can sit down when they come back late in the morning， walk in the morning， feel hungry， and fall drunk. They have a large bowl of soybean milk and two or three fried dough sticks What can take the place of that feeling？ The warmth of the market diffused from the store in the early morning.

当第一缕阳光撒进街巷的瞬间，城市缓缓从睡梦中苏醒，大街小巷的粉面店渐渐忙碌起来，豆浆在木桶里蒸气氲蕴，厨师手脚麻利地在明档用笊篱烫着粉，明档边上围绕着一圈桌台面，一部分在户外，一部分在空间内，些许顾客用餐不时的和厨师家长里短两句，主客界限似乎没那么明显。墨绿色花砖、金属铁皮、水曲柳饰面、金属铜钉…无时不刻不在营造空间的历史感，体现记忆中的那个念想。入口处、明档以大面积的玻璃及线条去淡化室内外的边界，主客之间的关系。入口部分以顶面木格栅的形式拉低局部高度，与就餐区坡屋顶的形式产生高低反差感。

When the first ray of sunshine spreads into the streets， the city slowly wakes up from sleep. The flour noodle shops in the streets are busy gradually. The soybean milk is steaming in the wooden barrels. The cooks burn the flour with hedges in the Ming stalls with their hands and feet. There is a circle of table around the edge of the Ming stall. Some of the customers eat outside and some in the space. From time to time， some customers have meals with the chef‘s family members The customer boundary seems less obvious. Dark green tiles， metal sheet， Ash veneer， metal copper nail The historical sense of space is created all the time， reflecting the idea in memory. At the entrance and the Ming stall， large areas of glass and lines are used to weaken the boundary between the interior and exterior， and the relationship between the host and the guest. The height of the entrance is lowered in the form of wooden grille on the top， which is in contrast to the sloping roof of dining area.

墙面用铲平后做防落灰处理的手法去显现出墙面原始的水泥或红砖基层的粗犷感，墙柜以方形排列的形式和入口顶面相呼应并增加空间秩序感。选择可折叠可堆叠形式的坐具，给座位形式上带来多种可能性，相对较近的座位布局拉近顾客间的距离，同时增进的是人与人之间的交流。时间将那个时代，连同这些小吃，都带入了历史的洪流，留存在某些人记忆中，成为旧时光的念想。

After the wall is leveled， the anti falling ash treatment is used to show the rough feeling of the original cement or red brick base. The wall cabinets are arranged in square form to echo with the top surface of the entrance and increase the sense of spatial order. The choice of folding and stackable seats brings a variety of possibilities to the seat form. The relatively close seat layout shortens the distance between customers and enhances the communication between people. Time brings that era， together with these snacks， into the torrent of history， and remains in the memory of some people， becoming the thoughts of the old time.
