近日，流动餐车之风也刮到了以色列。许多饭店业主都受到了影响。位于以色列雅法的一个跳蚤市场的饭店主梦想开一个家以烤肉为主题的”Truck de luxe” 流动餐车，找到了OPA工作室帮忙。随着项目推进，业主遇到了来自政府主管部门的问题，项目面临着困境。但是设计团队以乐观态度接受了这一挑战，积极寻找解决办法。
将流动餐车的概念作为灵感，设计师找到了一辆格鲁曼卡车，并将它拆开来重装为厨房。考虑到 “Truck de luxe” 烧烤起源于南美，设计师采用了当地元素创造了一个带有南美风情的餐馆。空间被设计成一个后院的车库，有着丰富的色彩。铁、木和不锈钢等工业材料和彩色瓷砖一起，形成了丰富的肌理。
The “food truck” trend, which has arrived in Israel lately, is affecting many restaurant owners. The owners of “Truck de luxe” in Jaffa’s flea market, dreamed about opening a barbeque food truck, and turned to Studio OPA to make their dream come true. When the owners ran into bureaucratic difficulties, the design team was given a true challenge, which they embraced with both hands.
In order to use “food truck” concept as an inspiration, the designers found a Grumman truck, which they deconstructed and then reassembled to use as a kitchen.Since the origins of “Truck de luxe” barbecue cuisine are in southern USA, the designers used local elements, and a “native” style. The space was designed as a backyard garage, using a rich color scheme, and with industrial elements such as iron, wood and stainless steel, combined with a colorful texture created from ceramic tiles.
