充满温情的超现实“纪念碑”
A surreal “monument” full of warmth
作为用于宠物殡仪服务的场所，项目最基本的性质是对宠物离别时刻致以深沉的尊重与奠念。场地通过轴线及内建筑的细化处理将纪念行为进行具象表达，同时融入恰当的社交模块及均质的连廊、柱体等要素，对个体的沉重情绪做出积极回应。
As a place for pet funeral services, the essential nature of the project is to pay deep respect and remembrance to the moment of parting of a pet. The site gives concrete expression to the act of remembrance through the refinement of the axis and inner architecture, while incorporating appropriate social modules and homogeneous elements such as corridors and columns to respond positively to the heavy emotions of individuals.

新的布局通过落地窗的形式将室内和外界景观相呼应，优化采光的同时改变了原建筑半高窗具所造成的空间缺失感。利用装置的情绪连接环境与个体间的互动关系。靠窗一侧的空间内部设置告别室、休息室，阵列排布的建筑连廊赋予空间特有的庄重气质，行走的过程仿佛是在蒸汽列车站台送别一位远行的朋友。宽敞的落地窗可以均匀承载分配于立面上的采光载荷，为室内带来光明的同时作为不同氛围空间过渡的过滤器。矩阵式墙体以相同的间距营造出庄重的空间气氛，随着光线介入，既定的阴影状态洒落在米色空间内，并在夜晚如生命一样消散在大地之中，将这种预设的场地情绪传达给空间中的个体。空间以充满质感的米色乳胶漆大面积铺色，搭配镜象化的落地窗及连廊，在精妙控制中完成庄严的仪式空间氛围和光影的营造。
The new layout echoes the interior with the outside landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows, optimizing light and changing the sense of lack of space created by the original building’s half-height window fittings. The mood of the installation is used to connect the interaction between the environment and the individual. The interior of the windows space houses a farewell room and lounge, and the array of building corridors gives the space a unique solemnity, as if walking along the platform of a steam train to bid farewell to a friend on a long of the windows space house so-ceiling windows carry the light load evenly distributed across the facade, bringing light into the room and acting as a filter for the transition between different atmospheres. The matrix walls are spaced at the same interval to create a dignified spatial atmosphere, and as light intervenes, the established state of shadows spills into the beige space and dissipate like life into the earth at night, conveying this pre-determined mood of the site to the individuals in the space. The space is painted with a large area of textured beige emulsion paint, with mirrored floor-to-ceiling windows and connecting corridors, creating a solemn ritual atmosphere and light and shadow in a delicately controlled manner.

考虑到项目整体采光相对受限，场地主体采用米色为主的墙顶地色块，增强场地光感的同时可以更好地放大场地敏感度，进一步将主人和宠物之间的精神交互关系放大。专业化的场地满足不同人群对于宠物殡仪的心理需求，场地鼓励人们以自己的方式参与到送别活动之中，整体视觉识别系统选用的大地色系调暗示了精神与土地的连接。
Given the relatively limited light in the project, the colour beige was used as the main colour block for the walls and roof of the main part of the venue to enhance the feeling of light in the venue, while also increasing the sensitivity of the venue, which further enhances the spiritual interaction between the owner and the pet. The professionalism of the venue meets the psycholothe color beige was used as the main color blocks and encourages people to participate in the funeral activities in their own way. The earth tone chosen for the overall visual identity system suggests the connection between spirit and land.

新的布局中，防水旋转门具扮演着重要角色，作为一种精神性隐喻，进入场地时的庄重沉默与离开时的释然通过旋转的形式外化，良好的情绪转换让传统入口获得了一种新的价值方式。空间中空调出风口以圆形孔洞的形式设置在天花平面，通过大量细节点缀的弧形元素中和场地整体的方正笔直。
In the new layout, the revolving door plays an important role as a spiritual metaphor, where the solemn silence of entering the premises and the relief of leaving are externalized by the revolving form, a good emotional shift that allows a new way of evaluating the traditional entrance. The air conditioning vents in the space are set in the form of circular apertures in the ceiling plane, and the overall squareness of the site is neutralized by a number of curved elements punctuated by detail.

进门左侧墙体用来承载宠物生前时刻的照片，区域将关注点放在人与宠物之间共生和动态的精神纽带上，通过设计的形式帮助个体深度理解宠物殡仪背后的人文关怀。
On the wall to the left of the entrance are photographs of the pet’s life moments. This area focuses on the symbiotic and dynamic spiritual bond between people and their pets and helps individuals develop a deeper understanding of the humanism behind pet burial.

新置入的灯组包括较长的面状软膜天花部件与轨道灯，实现照明的同时为人群提供清晰的行走导向。前台被定义为可以灵活使用并具备纪念意义的区域，米色洞石台面后方设置同色免漆板柜体，用来收纳档案记录及其他文字资料，彩度的一致性更好地保证了个体心态与情绪的平稳。
The ceiling lighting consists of large areas of soft foil and track. The lighting is designed to provide clear orientation when walking. The reception counter is defined as a flexible and memorable area, beige travertine worktop is backed by a lacquer-free panel cabinet in the same colour, it is used to store archival records and other written material, the consistency of colour ensures that the individual’s mind and emotions are kept calm.

巨大软膜天花光幕覆盖下的展示区拥有极强的仪式感，宠物主人可以在这里选择各种殡仪用具及纪念品，环形的行走路径突出工坊展示形式的社交氛围，利用观察与体验的方式创造更多的文化认同，从而进一步将商业属性淡化。中心轴线尽头的位置利用人为干预的手法，划定出四片相互连接的高耸隔断，形成一座超越现实的“纪念碑”。作为一个充满对个体情感尊重的场所，展示区将支持更多定制和策划服务，为了迎合这种商业活动，场地留出充足的展示及开放式收纳，以便利宠物主人的咨询及购买行为。除了高大的软膜天花光幕，场地还在展示区设置了地台，以层层递进的方式柔性划分区域属性。
The display area, covered by a huge soft foil ceiling, has a strong sense of ritual, with pet owners able to choose from a variety of funeral paraphernalia and souvenirs. The circular walkway emphasizes the social atmosphere of the workshop exhibition by creating more cultural identity through observation and experience, further diluting the commercial aspect. At the end of the central axis, four interconnected towering partitions are delineated by human intervention, creating a ‘monument’ that transcends reality. As a place of respect for the individual, the display area will support more bespoke and curated services. To accommodate this commercial activity, generous displays and open storage spaces have been left to facilitate inquiries and purchases from pet owners. In addition to the tall, soft film ceiling, the venue also features flooring in the display area, flexibly dividing the area properties in a tiered manner.

利用既有的建筑框架结构和内退构造中开发出可利用的维度，以4×7的模数开放格作为立面展示的基础形式，并通过镜象处理赋予区域更为庄严的视觉表现力。宠物告别馆并不能因为自身的建筑形态或者主张而获得纪念性，而是依赖于人们持续的精神寄托而获得某种程度的恒久纪念。因此场地没有使用传统贩卖性质的陈列方式，而是将宠物用品售卖空间以工坊的形式铺展在空间中央，如同一个小型的活动中心，促成了区域特有的社区式互动属性。温和的色块和光影一起，传递着平静、安详的视觉信息。展示区域在商业隐喻的同时，更重要的是有关于文化的传递，大量开放性展示模块让个体在体验和消费过程中可以与宠物殡仪文化产生深度接触。
The use of the existing building frame structure and the internal setback structure to develop the available dimensions, the 4 x 7 modular open grid as the basis for the facade display, and the mirror treatment to give the area a more solemn visual expression. The pet farewell house does not acquire monumentality by virtue of its architectural form or proposition, but relies on the continued spirituality of the people to achieve a degree of permanence. Therefore, instead of the traditional vending display, the space is a workshop with a pet sales space spread out in the center of the space, acting as a small event center and contributing to the community-like interactive nature of the area. Gentle blocks of colour and light work together to convey a visual message of calm and tranquillity. The display area has a commercial metaphor as well as a more important message about culture, with a large number of open display modules allowing individuals to have a deep engagement with pet funeral culture during the experience and consumption.

空间通过大量的人为干预，将圆形、矩形的原始图案融入到空间内部，丰富立面视觉张力的同时，也象征着原初般的能量转换与循环的寓意。在这里，建筑不仅仅是一个背景或者容器，而是作为空间向导，指引室内空间和个体产生对话，并引起他们的情绪共鸣。不同以往的庄严仪式空间，场地强调的是一种沉静和充满内在思考的氛围，使处在哀悼期的宠物主人能够在空间中感受到内心的平和与安宁。装置与氛围的营造旨在表达出一种精神暗示，即这座充满活力朝气蓬勃的国际化都市，有着这样一座有关于告别与回忆的建筑。
Through extensive human intervention, the space incorporates primitive patterns of circles and rectangles into the interior of the space, enriching the visual tension of the facade while also symbolizing the original transformation and circulation of energy. Here, the building is not just a backdrop or a container, but acts as a spatial guide, guiding the interior space and the individuals to create a dialogue and evoke their emotional resonance. In contrast to the solemn ceremonial spaces of the past, the venue emphasizes a calm and reflective atmosphere in which pet owners in mourning can feel a sense of inner peace and tranquillity. The installation and atmosphere are intended to convey a spiritual suggestion that this vibrant, cosmopolitan city is home to a building of farewell and memory.

手工坊被定义为半围合式的动态空间，积木形制的原木定制家具像是温暖的怀抱将个体包裹，拼合的几何形式包含着对“生”与“死”并非绝对意义上的对立关系的隐喻。场地鼓励人们通过社交的方式完成内心情绪的疏导与平衡，同时运用多种机制，使宠物殡仪的过程成为一段能够抚慰人心的经历。极简的装置语言突出所用木材的温润质地。
The handicraft workshop is defined as a semi-enclosed, dynamic space where the blocky, custom-made furniture envelops people in a warm embrace. The geometric form of the assemblage contains a metaphor for the fact that ‘life’ and ‘death’ are not absolute opposites. The site encourages people to socialize and balance their emotions, using a variety of mechanisms to make the process of animal burial a calming experience. The minimalist language of the installation highlights the warm textures of the wood used.

通过一条下沉式沙池起到手工坊和冥想室之间的组织轴的作用，这种形式上的关系被冥想室特有的巨大圆柱形结构所强化，营造出极强的神圣感。场地以纪念性的内建筑语言重新定义了思想的边界，让宗教性质的指引力在氛围空间中能够帮助个体寻求内心的能量平衡。圆柱空间入口内部是一个矩形模块的小尺度空间，半封闭的建筑架构有助于打造隔音效果良好的内向型场地。笔直的下沉式沙池同时包含着“一沙一世界”的宗教性隐喻，渡过沙池即代表灵魂穿过如同恒河沙数般众多世界的微缩进程，最终在尽头的绿洲中得到精神上的恒久平静。
By means of a sunken sandpit acting as an organizing axis between the handicraft workshop and the meditation room, this formal relationship is reinforced by the huge cylindrical structure characteristic of the meditation room, creating a strong sense of the sacred. The site redefines the boundaries of thought with a monumental inner architectural language, allowing the guiding force of a religious nature in the ambient space to be able to help the individual seek inner energy balance. Inside the entrance to the cylindrical space is a small-scale space of rectangular modules, and the semi-enclosed architectural, architecture helps to create an inwardly oriented site with good sound insulation. The straight sunken sand pond also contains the religious metaphor of ‘one sand, one world’, where crossing the sand pond represents the soul’s journey through the miniature processes of the many worlds of the Ganges, culminating in a constant spiritual peace in the oasis at the end.

Underneath the vast spatial scale, the primitive geometric relationships are easily reminiscent of the expression of divinity in religious architecture.

冥想室望向展示区的视角，四片相互连接的高耸隔断在区分不同功能区域的界限同时，又可以形成不间断的对望效果。
The view from the meditation room towards the display area, with four interconnecting towering partitions, provides an uninterrupted look across the room while distinguishing the boundaries of the different functional areas.

侧面的寄存室内分别设置两张长凳，让宠物主人在此凝视追忆时可以获得体力上的休息。寄存室内的开放格根据墙体结构做出调整，最大程度丰富储存的空间体量，或大或小的结构并未按照规则排布，也正是这种不规则的有意为之，产生了一种深层的叙事性和情境表达。不同大小形式的开放格意味着多样性与个人意愿的选择，对于多宠物家庭来说，这样的排布可以为日后合置寄存提前做出相应的规划。
Two benches are set up in the side storage room, this allows pet owners to take a physical break while gazing the memorial video. The open compartments in the storage room adapt to the structure of the walls to maximize the volume of storage space, and the irregularity of the structuadapt to the structure of the walls rules. The different sizes and forms of open compartments imply variety and individual choice, and for families with many pets, this arrangement allows for advance planning for future shared storage.

As a corridor flanking the space for the storage of cremated pets, the unobstructed colonnade form symbolizes the architectural allegory of circulation and reincarnation.

在场地拐角处以策展思维置入一间放映室，昏暗的区域特点恰好迎合了放映需求，在慰藉宠物主人的同时，这也将是一个传递时下逐渐被人们关注的宠物殡仪文化的机会。放映室深幽的物理空间通过像素化的处理方式呈现从暗到亮的渐变过程，通过这种方式消解建筑转角难以避免的昏暗采光及闭塞感。
A screening room is placed at the corner of the site. The darkness of the area is a perfect fit for the screening, and while comforting pet owners, it will also be an opportunity to convey the growing interest in pet funeral culture. The deep, dark physical space of the screening room is pixelated to provide a gradual change from dark to light, which dissolves the inevitable darkness of the building’s corners and the sense of isolation.

镜面装置的设置带来更多纬度的感官体验，虚与实的对比象征了生与死的能量转化，进一步辅助个人完成对宠物殡仪行业的闭环认知。大量简洁的体块通过自身的结构强化空间立面的线面构成。
The installation of mirrors brings more latitude to the sensory experience, and the contrast between the virtual and the real symbolizes the transformation of energy between life and death, further assisting individuals to complete a closed-loop perception of the pet funeral industry. A large number of simple blocks reinforce the linear composition of the space’s facade through their own structure.

寄存室整体呈现出肃穆沉静的气质，两侧壁龛中的宠物信息及骨灰盒体现出对于生命的尊重与敬畏。前端的扇形背景墙被上方软膜天花光幕打亮，利用氛围照明的形式增强区域精神属性。
The religious storage room has an overall solemn and tranquil quality, with pet info and urns in niches on either side, reflecting respect and reverence for life. The fan-shaped background at the front is illuminated by the soft foil ceiling above, with ambient lighting highlighting the spiritual qualities of the area.
