明白创意设计 | Der morgen danach咖啡

初见咖啡师，个性鲜明，却不紧不慢只想做杯好咖啡，于是一拍即合，把这个空间的表现侧重在张力而非张扬。杭州羊坝头地区常见人群是两极端，一部分是结构老化的原住民，大抵就是买完菜去刮个彩票（隔壁就是），一部分是常年不断的网拍团队，我们想让Der Morgen Danach融入的正是这种混沌。

When we meet each other for the first time, with the barista showing his distinct personality while only focusing on making really great a cup of coffee in no hurry, we felt in step in a second and chose to put the focus of the space on tension instead of flaunt. In the Yangbatou Area, Hangzhou, there exists two vastly different kinds of people. Some are long-term residents with fixed lifestyle, who are only likely to buy the lottery tickets after grocery shopping(like the neighborhoods).,while the others are constant online purchasers. What we want Der Morgen Danach to get into is exactly this chaos.

原建筑留有一个户外区，是我们与客户在选址结束后尤为满意的一部分，为更好的处理户外体验，我们做了室内空间内退处理，增加出一块半露天过渡区；室韦内吧台设计充分考虑咖啡师操作习惯，依次对各项设备进行合理空间割分、排布、上下水设计；容纳率上，内部空间舒适范围可容纳15人，半露天空间可容纳2人，露天空间5人左右。

There was a outside area in the old building, which was the most satisfactory part after we finished selecting the best location for the store.We narrowed the indoor room and added a half open area in order to satisfy the outdoor experience. Indoors the counter was designed after fully considering the barista’s operating habits with properly dividing the space and arranging for various equipment as well as proper water supply and sewerage design. As for the capacity，it can accommodates 15 people in the indoor area without breaking customers’ comfort, 2 in the half open area and 5 in the outdoors.

精品咖啡空间应是有咖啡师的个性标签及痕迹的，但在处理上又让咖啡师在空间里是融入的、自然的、退后的，咖啡主体是在前的。

The Specialty Coffee Space ought to be with the barista’s personalty, but meanwhile we make the coffee itself the first, with the barista perfectly integrated, spontaneous and back into the space.

整个空间主用黑灰调及多种自然系材质，以满足我们对店铺最终呈现在小众调性的考虑，道具方向冰冷且尖锐但不失去实用性，仿佛是早起之后冰冷身体被咖啡冲刷后的暖化和清醒。

We mainly use black and gray style and materials of nature to meet the consideration for Minority Style which we hope the store can at last represent. As for the props, we chose the cold and spiculate ones with still practicability, which seems to warm your body after getting up early with coffee.

我们的设计思路有意以多个三角关系去构成三维的立体空间，从而达到某种尖锐感，以达到打破常规扁平化层板的意图，在建筑外立面的设计中，设计师也贯穿了同种表现手法，正如我们希望打破哥特式/暗黑咖啡店一定是冰冷的惯性思维一样。

We deliberately use several triangles to form a three-dimension space in order to present a sense of edge and break the conventional flat one, which is used in the design of the outer facade of the building as we want to break the conventional thinking that Gothic/Dark cafes are bound to be cold.

在早起空间中，我们可坐的软装都选择定制，目的是保证空间的协调性，也体现咖啡师本人对细节追求的极致性，灯具选择上，陈星宇Fragment系列的吊灯和落地灯，很匹配的表达了我们空间中想要传递的尖锐感。

In the Early Space，we choose customized furnishing to assure harmony of the space and represent barita’s extreme pursuit for better experience in details. As for the lighting, chandeiers and floor lamps of Chen Xingyu Fragment Series accords with the sense of edge we intend to convey through the space.
